Additional rules in response to Covid-19

(updated April 12th 2021)

We are open and can now welcome anglers from a wider area as the ‘stay at home’ restriction has lifted and the rule of 6 comes into play again.

-Keep a safe distance at all times.

-Correct change must be given.  If not, the minimum charge applies and the difference will be kept by Andy’s Lake.

-The track should be kept clear for vehicles (including tractors) to drive past. A few places are too narrow to allow cars to be parked next to them- if so, please park in the car park. If the weather has been wet the gates may be shut – please do not drive your car through if gates are shut- you may walk through them to fish.

– The toilet and tap are out of use.

-No sharing of fishing tackle or other items.

-If we are not satisfied that you are adhering to any of the rules we will ask you to leave.

-Anglers from Wales are able to travel into England to fish (and vice versa).

These guidelines have been based on those set out by the Angling Trust which can be found on their website.
